Navigating the River of Dreams
Picture this: your dreams are the stars, guiding you toward your own unique constellation of success. We’re here to help you find the path that connects them.
How It All Began
Bustling Creatives started as a simple idea—the belief that creativity and organization can go hand in hand to bring brands and people closer together.
At the heart of it all are co-founders Ebony Ford and Rondon Tahal, two people who understand the power of connection because their own partnership was built on it. With their combined skills and shared vision, they created a brand that reflects their values: innovation, strategy, and a deep desire to help others succeed.
Meet Rondon
Rondon, a graduate of George Brown College and McMaster University, has a background in technology, project management, engineering, and business development. But his love for tech started long before that.
“I was always that kid taking things apart just to see how they worked,” he says with a laugh. “I imagined all kinds of gadgets and built whatever I could with the tools around me.”
That curiosity led him from his home country, Trinidad and Tobago, to Canada, where he pursued a career in engineering and innovation. But as he watched the business world evolve, he realized he wanted to do more—help others like him succeed.
“Starting my own business gave me the chance to shape the way people solve problems in the future,” he reflects.
And he’s not stopping there — Rondon is continuing his academic journey with a master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering at McMaster University in 2024.
Meet Ebony
Ebony graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University in June 2022, where she studied New Media—a perfect blend of creativity, design, and storytelling.
“I’ve always loved writing and learning about the human mind,” she shares. “Understanding how people think, feel, and create has always been at the heart of my work.”
With a minor in English and Psychology, she deepened her passion for mental wellness, storytelling, and design, but always felt like there was more to explore.
“I’ve always had so many interests, but no matter what, I’d always end up with a pen and notebook, writing to make sense of the world,” she reflects.
Today, she and Rondon work with clients ranging from event planners to psychotherapists, helping creatives build sustainable systems while bringing creativity into structured processes. Through their unique blend of strategy and innovation, they bridge the gap between artistry and organization—so businesses can thrive with both structure and imagination.
